Rasoi Rasta is your all-in-one restaurant management solution. We provide a point-of-sale system, inventory management, digital menus, analytics, and tools to help you run your restaurant smoothly.
We're constantly improving and adding new features. Sometimes this means updating existing tools or introducing entirely new ones. We'll let you know about major changes, but by using our platform, you're agreeing to roll with these improvements.
While we work hard to keep everything running smoothly 24/7, we can't promise perfect uptime. Sometimes we need to do maintenance, and occasionally technical hiccups happen. We'll do our best to minimize disruptions and give you a heads-up when possible.
When you sign up, we'll ask for some basic information about you and your restaurant. Please be honest and accurate. This information helps us provide you with the best service and support.
Your account is yours alone. Keep your login credentials secure and don't share them with anyone. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, let us know immediately.
You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. If your team members need access, you can create additional user accounts with appropriate permissions. If we notice suspicious activity or violations of these terms, we might suspend or close your account to protect everyone involved.
Our platform is meant to help legitimate restaurants operate more efficiently. Please use it legally and ethically. Don't try to hack, reverse-engineer, or abuse our systems. Don't use our services to do anything illegal or to harm others.
The data you enter into our system is your responsibility. Make sure you have the right to use it and that you're following all applicable laws, especially regarding customer data and privacy. We provide the tools, but you're the one managing your restaurant's data.
We have the right to investigate any reports of misuse and take appropriate action, which could include suspending your account if we find serious violations.
Everything we've built, the software, design, features, documentation, and our brand, belongs to Rasoi Rasta. You get to use these tools as part of your subscription, but you don't own them.
Here's what's important: the data you put into our system is yours. Your menu items, transaction records, customer information, that's all your business data. We'll never claim ownership of it or use it for anything other than providing you with our services.
We need permission to process your data to make our platform work. By using Rasoi Rasta, you're giving us that permission. We take this responsibility seriously and handle your data with care. You can take your data with you if you ever decide to leave.
Our services work on a subscription model. You'll choose a plan that fits your needs and pay monthly or annually. Prices are clearly listed, and we'll always charge exactly what we promised. No surprise fees.
We'll bill you automatically at the start of each billing cycle. Make sure your payment information stays current. If a payment fails, we'll let you know so you can update your details. After a grace period, we might have to pause your service until payment is received.
If you're not happy with our service, talk to us. We want to make things right. That said, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If we change our pricing, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before the new rates apply to your account.
You can cancel your subscription anytime. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period, and then it won't renew. Simple as that.
